I am not really a breakfast person. I usually am not that hungry in the early morning however, lately I’ve been trying to eat light in the morning since I know it’s the best thing for me! Here are some things that I love to eat in the morning before heading to school or work:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cut up tomato sprinkled with salt, 1 chopped avocado
  • 1 smoothie:
    • a handful of frozen berry mix
    • 1 green apple chopped up
    • a handful of frozen pineapples
    • 2 tablespoons of doTERRA Slim and Sassy Chocolate Shake 
    • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
    • almond milk ( I don’t have a specific measurement, I just kind of pour until I feel satisfied)
    • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 green apple with a side of peanut butter
  • Whole grain toast with peanut butter and avocado on top (so good!)
  • 1 Active Yogurt Vanilla cup
